KS3/4 French Teacher – Leicester Location: Leicester Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, long-term/permanent GSL Education is seeking a dedicated KS3/4 French Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Teacher of French (QTS required) who is passionate about language education and committed to delivering engaging lessons. Role & Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality French lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, following the national curriculum. Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored support where needed. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters enthusiasm and participation. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources. Take part in school activities, parents' evenings, and departmental meetings. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential. Right to work in the UK. An enhanced DBS on the update service. Experience teaching French at KS3/4 in a UK secondary school. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language learning. Excellent classroom management skills with a focus on student progress.
