You will be working as a part of multidisciplinary team , developing your knowledge of the different approaches of each case which will allow you to improve your skills and enhance your career progression opportunities . Responsibilities: To assist assistant team manager and team manager by contributing to the planning and development of the service and to assist the management of the workflow. Undertake effective assessment of need, analysis and management of risk for allocated children and young people.
