CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UPTO £75,000 PLUS PACKAGE, SOLIHULL BASED, CONTRACTS MANAGER ROLE The Company: An exciting opportunity for an Contracts Manager to join a Tier 2 Main Contractor in Birmingham/Coventry. Our client operate primarily within the Public sector with the clients such as Local Authorities & the NHS. They deliver New Build & Refurbishment projects ranging in value from £50,000 up to £10 million, with their average contract value being c£7 million. The Candidate: Contracts Manager: As a Contracts Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Contracts Manager. Duties: • Monitoring progression on site, and day to day operations on projects • Continually manage performance against contracts programme • Maintain strong relationship with clients • Produce monthly updates to the Operations Director on project performance • Arrange resources for project delivery Requirements: • SMSTS • Ability to commute as and when required • Experience working for a Main Contractor as a Contracts Manager • Excellent interpersonal skills Remuneration: • up to £75,000 p.a • Car allowance / Company car • Paid Holiday • Pension Scheme
