The Role As Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee the commercial aspects of multiple projects from inception to final account, ensuring smooth delivery and exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities Project Management - Oversee multiple projects, ensuring profitability and high-quality delivery. Team & Contractor Coordination - Manage on-site labour and subcontractors efficiently. Client Liaison - Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and progress reviews. Estimating & Pricing - Conduct site visits, price jobs, and prepare accurate estimates. Health & Safety - Carry out site safety and maintenance inspections to ensure compliance. Policy & Compliance - Ensure all company policies and procedures are strictly followed.
