Service Manager Up to £40,785.98 per year Birmingham Permanent,Full Time Our client is on a mission to deliver homes that make a difference. In their Service Manager role, youll be leading our Birmingham Floating Support service, ensuring colleagues are delivering the highest standard of support to their customers. Birmingham Floating Support service works with customers aged 18, with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. Further key responsibilities are listed below: Location: Birmingham Salary:Up to £40,785.98 per year Contract:Permanent Your week: 37.5 hours p/week Snapshot of your role This is what your day will look like as their Service Manager: Ensure the service meets all contractual and regulatory requirements, meaning their service delivery is as strong as possible. Work with commissioners and other stakeholders to meet service and customer needs, whilst occasionally assisting with contract & service level negotiations and tenders. Help to manage new referrals, completing assessments to determine suitability alongside support and risk management planning. Provide robust leadership and supervisory management support to an established team. Your toolkit for success To thrive in their Service Manager role, youll need: A background in working within a housing related support setting. Previous experience in managing teams delivering floating support to customers with learning disabilities and mental health needs A background / experience in partnership working, including multi-agency meetings, Local Authorities and commissioning officers.
