A globally successfully construction and property consultancy are looking to add a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their Leeds based team. The Assistant Quantity Surveyors' role The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving Real Estate team, with the opportunity to work on a number of projects across the office, residential, hotel, healthcare, commercial and education sectors, ranging from £2m - £50m. You'll be responsible for providing both pre and post contract services such as cost plans, feasibility studies, procurement, tender documentation, contract administration and employers' agent. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will benefit from clear progression alongside structured APC support with an internal APC programme, providing the ideal platform for professional development.
