Family Liaison Support Officer - Preston Area Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Liaison Support Officer in the Preston area. The successful candidate will provide emotional and academic support to pupils, working closely with parents, teachers, and external professionals to ensure the well-being and academic success of our students. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individual learning plans Support pupils during unstructured times and provide positive behavior management Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external agencies Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to parents and staff Deliver training and support to staff on school policiesRequirements: Experience in a similar role, preferably in education Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting Knowledge of educational frameworks and BESD (Behavioral, Emotional, and Social Development)APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR VERITAS EDUCATION All applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained You must have legal right to work in the UK You must be willing to attend a registration interviewVeritas Education work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area.
