IT SAP FI/TRM Specialist

JOB PURPOSE The candidate we are looking for will join the IT Finance team, collaborating in the maintenance of solutions for the SAP FI module, but most importantly, will be directly involved in the implementation of the Treasury module, for which they will become the main point of reference. RESPONSABILITIES Participate in Finance transformation project activities with a proactive approach, contributing ideas and evolutionary insights. Actively collaborate in designing future processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization from a procedural, organizational, and system perspective. Translate business needs into functional requirements for system implementation. Ensure the correct implementation of defined functional requirements, user acceptance testing, and go live, participating proactively in them. Proactively intervene to mitigate any risks and conflicts that may affect the project's success. Contribute actively to the definition of the change management program. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or economics. Solid experience in the IT SAP Finance role as part of an IT internal department or in a consultancy company. Willingness to work with the SAP Treasury module and sub-modules (TRM - Treasury and Risk Management, IHC - In House Cash, BCM - Bank Communication Management, CLM - Cash and Liquidity Management, MBC - Multi Bank Connectivity, etc.), integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD) and external systems. Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana releases. Knowledge of financial principles, including treasury management, cash flow, liquidity, and risk management, financial instruments, and related processes, such as bonds, derivatives, and forex. Good relational skills, high capacity to adapt quickly to different situations and interlocutors, and a good capacity for teamwork are also required. Good level of English (spoken and written). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures. Focus on results and able to complete tasks on time under pressure. J-18808-Ljbffr
