This role is key in ensuring accurate month-end reporting, reconciliations, and audit compliance , while leading a team of two . Key Responsibilities: ? Month-End Close – Oversee journal postings, accruals, and prepayments to ensure timely financial reporting.? Reconciliations – Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are accurate and up to date.? Audit & Compliance – Support internal and external audits , ensuring all documentation meets financial and regulatory standards.? Team Leadership – Manage and mentor two finance team members , driving efficiency and development.? Process Improvement – Identify ways to improve financial controls and reporting accuracy . Who We’re Looking For: ? Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant experience.? Strong background in month-end, reconciliations, and audit preparation .?
