Join our team in Ormskirk We are seeking Band 6 Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to provide expert care within acute hospital and rehabilitation environments. This exciting role offers placements in the post-operative care ward and the Elective Orthopaedic ward , working with patients recovering from surgical, trauma, and orthopaedic procedures. Key Responsibilities: Manage a clinical caseload, providing ongoing assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and discharge planning. Work with surgical and orthopaedic patients to facilitate recovery and ensure safe discharge. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Support and implement principles of HomeFirst and Single-Handed Care where applicable. Essential Requirements: HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist. Experience working in acute hospital or rehabilitation settings. Knowledge of managing surgical and trauma patients in post-operative care. Understanding of local discharge pathways (desirable but not essential). Familiarity with HomeFirst and Single-Handed Care principles (desirable but not essential). Contact Joe for further details
