The ideal candidate must have proven job-running experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and extensive retail sector expertise. Leadership, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail are essential. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist: Architectural Technology degree with substantial industry experience. Lead projects from initial concept through to completion. Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors. Conduct site inspections and oversee on-site delivery. Ensure retail-focused designs meet client needs and technical standards. Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is essential. Strong understanding of construction standards and regulations. Experience running projects across all RIBA stages. Extensive Retail sector experience. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
