Key Responsibilities : - Oversee facilities operations across various mixed-use and residential properties. - Prepare, manage, and reconcile service charge budgets - Lead external contractors effectively ensuring high standards are maintained. - Focusing on health, safety and compliance standards across the portfolio. Qualifications & Skills Required: - You must possess prior experience within another managing agent or property management environment - Demonstrable expertise preparing financial forecasts related specifically to service charges; - A solid track record steering multi-site portfolios successfully - An IOSH qualification attesting your commitment to safety practices on site.
