Join us Your role & mission Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, the role is responsible for managing the product and technology development laboratory, planning, organizing, and carrying out product testing operations in accordance with the requirements of the R&D department as defined by the engineering manager and other team members. The performance of activities is directed at returning reliable data recast in reports, which must be rigorously packaged and presented in a way that can be accessed by the team. Your scope & daily tasks Performs tests, measurements, and controls required by the research and development office; Assembles and modifies prototypes and test machines (process, power, and control) under direction of the research and development office; Maintains test machines, reporting the need for any spare parts and consumables to the research and development office; Uses the computer tools (preset templates) provided by the research and development office to produce basic printouts in order to keep track of test progress; Participates in establishing operational procedures; Collaborates in the definition of the plant layout. Your profile Experience of at least 5 years in the job; Ability to work in a team; Excellent manual skills and speed in performing tasks, analytical skills; Accuracy, availability, and motivation; Experience of at least 3 years in the field; Knowledge of UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and major standards related to business management systems; Knowledge of technical standards pertaining to the sector; Qualification as a quality management systems auditor or specific training; Proficient in using PC and main office automation applications.
