Job Description
A fantastic entry level Admin role working with one of the leading Property Management companies in Scotland as part of their busy Edinburgh office If you have an interest in an office based job/career then this is an excellent opportunity with training and good future prospects. This varied role will involve providing clerical support to Property teams and also assisting with customer enquiries and the general day to day running of the office. Key duties include: Maintaining a presence at the Reception area to meet and greet visitors to the office. Dealing with general telephone and email enquiries. Provide administrative assistance to Property Management staff. Controlling all property keys entering and leaving the office. Open, sort and process all incoming mail and prepare all outgoing mail. Ongoing stock control/ordering of office materials and dealing with petty cash Candidates should have good communication and organisation skills with a self motivated approach. Its important you can show initiative and be a team player. Previous office experience isn’t essential but it is preferred that you have confident IT abilities particularly in MS Office. This is an office based role, for which full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to learn new and key skills which will assist them at the start of their careers, with the potential to progress into Property Management. Full time permanent position with hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Based in Edinburgh with parking provided on-site, excellent starting salary with benefits package. Apply today with your CV
