Production Planner

Production Planner - 3-Month Rolling Contract Location: Oxfordshire Rate: £20-£25 per hour (Inside IR35) We are seeking a Production Planner to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment on a 3-month rolling contract. This role will support the execution of ERP/MRP production schedules, ensuring efficient planning and coordination of materials and resources. Key Responsibilities: Execute ERP/MRP system-generated work orders and scheduling activities Expedite overdue work orders to align with production schedules Liaise with procurement, warehousing, and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability Support the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles Maintain data accuracy within ERP/MRP systems Drive continuous improvement in production scheduling and material control Requirements: Proven experience in production planning and scheduling within an engineering or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) Eerience managing complex BOMs and engineering changes Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Production Planner to play a key role in a dynamic team.
