Head of Compliance

Head of Compliance | Lloyd's Broker | London/WFH | £90 - 110,000 (doe) Finitas are delighted to be supporting a growing Lloyd's broker in their search for Head of Compliance to join their team. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be working in a standalone role leading the charge when it comes to all things compliance. You will be responsible for the day to day compliance and ensuring a strategic compliance framework across the business. Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Ongoing oversight and updating of all policies and procedures including the compliance manual Implementation of new FCA regulations as required Monthly compliance checks, contract certainty, file checks and MI Client and insurer TOBA's Staff compliance training Monthly reporting to senior management Experience required: Minimum 7 years compliance experience. Must be from an insurance background - ideally Lloyd's broker Strong working knowledge of the FCA regulations. Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels including senior stakeholders. Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
