Our client, a leading consultancy specializing in sustainable building practices, is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to help deliver BREEAM assessments and contribute to exciting environmental projects. Key Responsibilities: Assisting senior consultants with the delivery of BREEAM assessments for a variety of projects. Preparing BREEAM-related reports and documentation for certification. Conducting research to stay updated on the latest BREEAM standards and industry developments. Providing support to clients throughout the certification process. The Ideal Graduate BREEAM Consult will: Be recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field, ideally with a focus on BREEAM or sustainable building practices. Hold a BREEAM qualification (e.g., BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) or BREEAM New Construction (NC) - not essential Has a strong passion for sustainability and environmental impact. Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrates a proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
