Project Manager, Apprenticeships Milton Keynes Hybrid available 18 month full time contract Full time - 35 hours £40,000 Join our team This opportunity as a Project Manager (Apprenticeships) for an 18-month FTC in Milton Keynes focuses on driving projects that align with the ICAEW apprenticeship qualification programmes. Role Profile To ensure that projects are managed effectively, delivered on time, in budget, and in scope. To use project management techniques in accordance with approved ICAEW methods, introducing appropriate business change initiatives. Responsibilities include: Manage delivery of projects and work streams to ensure that they remain in scope, on budget and are delivered on time. Plan and implement project activities in accordance with the ICAEW project lifecycle, creating the associated artefacts and checkpoints. Responsibility for appropriate levels of risk management, budget management and reporting processes. Manage relationships and communications with the project stakeholders such as the project team, suppliers, and delivery partners. Facilitate meetings and workshops for gathering requirements and generating solutions. Create and update project documentation and reports as required, including decision briefing papers for the Senior Management Team and other governance bodies. Use appropriate project management tools and methodologies to underpin successful delivery. Candidate Profile Requirements include: Qualified project manager with experience of managing complex projects, working with external suppliers and with budget management responsibility. Highly developed interpersonal skills, including excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
