Role summary: The primary focus of this role is to support the National Sales Manager with all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) renewals, opportunities, and issues. This will in many instances translate to supporting the wider Service Management Team and working closely with the Business Development Managers, Regional Service Managers, and Operational teams. The following general duties will be expected from this role To carry out the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) workflow and maximise the retention of new and existing contracts through effective management of PPM processes and procedures. Liaising with the in house delivery team to ensure PPM’s are delivered within SLA’s and identifying and escalating potential failures. The role requires a diverse range of duties to be undertaken aimed at furthering the performance of PPM activities and thereby delivering industry leading customer service. Along with a happy to help and positive attitude, strong administration skills, excellent organisational skills, excellent communication skills, time management, team work and welcomes new ideas with a positive mindset to change Skills/Experience: Previous scheduling experience within the same or similar field service sector High level of administration experience Personal attributes: self-motivated, driven, numerate, organised, punctual, assertive, professional, personable, numerate and resourceful. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Analytical with excellent attention to detail. Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set. Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative. Excellent business sense, commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
