To support their continued success and future-proof the business, they are implementing SAP and are looking for a Systems Accountant to play a key role in this transformation. About the job: Define and document key financial processes. Identify opportunities to automate and improve finance workflows. Support the implementation, configuration, and training of new system requirements. Act as a bridge between Finance and IT to drive system enhancements. Prepare and review financial system reports for accuracy and completeness. Support the Finance leadership team in providing guidance and training for Financial Systems Conduct account reconciliations to ensure system integrity. Present data insights to management in a clear and actionable format. Mentor and train new employees on financial systems during onboarding. Work on finance-related projects to improve accuracy and efficiency. Support the implementation of SAP and other finance systems Drive change initiatives to enhance finance processes. Hands-on experience with ERP systems—knowledge of SAP preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using Power BI would be an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Comfortable leading and supporting finance transformation projects.
