Temporary Works Coordinator - HPC

Venn Group are currently looking for an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator on a permanent basis to support a leading energy company on Hinkley Point C Salary: £55,000 - £68,000, with a generous package and car allowance. Main Responsibilities include: Oversee and manage all aspects of Temporary Works for assigned work packages in line with BS 5975: 2019 and TW procedures Work closely with client and contractors' Temporary Works Coordinators (TWCs) and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements and legislative standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to CDM Regulations 2015 and all related standards, maintaining safety and quality throughout the project Reporting and Documentation: Report directly to the Temporary Works Designated Individual (TWDI) and collaborate with the NNB Temporary Works Lead to ensure proper documentation and execution of Temporary Works Minimum Qualifications/ Experience: Extensive knowledge of construction techniques and Temporary Works Strong understanding of BS 5975: 2019 Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Temporary Works Coordinator in an Engineering Construction environment Certification from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) as a Temporary Works Coordinator Familiarity with CDM Regulations design obligations Proven experience managing complex Temporary Works projects If you are interested in this position, do get in touch msmallbonevenngroup.com 01216160660
