Your missions: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements Coordinate and manage the annual audit process Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets Lead the annual budgeting process, including the preparation and consolidation of departmental budgets Provide accurate financial forecasts and identify variances to budget, providing analysis and recommendations for corrective actions Oversee cost accounting and ensure cost efficiency across all operations Develop and implement cost reduction strategies and initiatives Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives Your talents: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Proactivity and solution-driven approach Strong attention to detail Italian accounting knowledge Fluent communication skills in Italian & English You are: Organized by nature with the ability to prioritize Proactive & rigorous Business oriented An excellent communicator Able to travel Contract and Benefits: Direct contract with the company Corporate welfare We want to get to know your personality, passion, and talent We are waiting for you J-18808-Ljbffr
