If so, let's talk Freelance MEP Commercial Manager roles and responsibilities: - Negotiating contracts and providing ongoing contractual guidance to the Project Team - Involved in / signing off the procurement of all subcontractor packages - Working with the Senior Management Team to ensure the project in on programmeand cost plan at all times - Client management, working with the client rep, developing a positive, collaborative relationship - High level reporting upline to Board Freelance MEP Commercial Manager experience required: - Previous MEP Commercial Manager experience delivering £100m MEP packages - Mission Critical / Manufacturing project experience - Expert NEC contract know how - Excellent negotiation / procurement skills. - Superb communication skills - written and spoken This is a RED HOT opportunity for a start ASAP, we have interview slots available this week.
