Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Private Client Paralegal to join our client’s team. In this role, you will support the Private Client department by assisting with various legal matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced solicitors and gain exposure to a wide range of private client matters while providing excellent client service. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the drafting and preparation of wills, trusts, and other private client documents. Support in the administration of estates, including handling probate applications and preparing documents. Conduct legal research and assist with compiling information for client files. Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and third-party professionals on a range of private client matters. Assist with filing, organising, and maintaining client files and records. Handle basic administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department. Requirements: Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally in private client law, although experience in other areas may be considered. Strong interest in private client matters, including wills, trusts, and probate. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
