Building Services Manager

Vacancy: Building Services Manager Location: Midlands Salary Package: Very Competitive As the Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality and affordability across the design, installation and maintenance of all essential systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well known, established Tier 1 Main Contractor who are thriving with a number of exciting projects across the Midlands. Duties and responsibilities: Assisting with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chain Responsible for assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manuals Collate the team project reports and provide a summary report to the relevant director relating to the projects that you are aligned to Work closely with Design Teams to assist in Design Management of specific M&E Packages Review technical submittals from sub-contractors and provide input to bids / pre construction/ project teams Manage the coordination of M&E Services on sites in conjunction with day to day project delivery team Checking quality of installations by sub contractors on site Manage commissioning and sign off BS systems Requirements: The role would ideally suit someone from either a main contractor or specialist subcontractor background Experience of both mechanical and electrical services Experience of preconstruction and delivery Degree qualified Valid CSCS & SMSTS Card If you want to hear more about this Building Services Manager role please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV and or contact Sam today Randstad Construction Property Engineering is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
