About the Service: Registered for 18 residents Specialising in mental health and learning disabilities Experience and Qualifications Required: At least one year's experience in a similar role Management of care support staff Appraisal & supervision experience Leadership and management experience NMC PIN desired but this is not essential NVQ / QCF Level 5 Qualification in Leadership & Management Health & Social Care An understanding of the legal requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Working Knowledge of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Law and Frameworks Full driving licence To Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, I would love to hear from you.
