Void Surveyor - 3 days per week

Hounslow Immediate start An opportunity for an experienced housing surveyor to contribute to the effective repair, maintenance, improvement of Void properties. Specification: Contractor management Good use of excel and other systems Good cost management inc Schedule of rates knowledge Takes ownership of work area and contributes to service improvement Good liaison skills with Housing Management and other colleagues. Key Responsibilities : Provide high-quality housing surveying services in line with the policies and procedures. Manage specific work streams, including disrepair, estate improvement, asbestos management, minor works, or reactive and planned repairs. Execute an effective responsive repair, planned maintenance, and project management service to meet the needs of the organisation. Take the lead in key areas of responsibility, mentoring and coaching other team members to enhance overall team effectiveness. Requirements : Proven experience in housing surveying with a strong understanding of repair and maintenance processes. Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and coach team members. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
