Service Awards Programme - additional paid leave & gift cards at key milestones. The Role As Head of Accountancy, you will: Lead & develop the accountancy team, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Manage a client portfolio, overseeing statutory accounts, tax computations, and advisory work. Review & improve processes, driving innovation and efficiency. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and AML requirements. Act as a trusted advisor, strengthening client relationships and spotting opportunities for growth. What We're Looking For Qualified ACA/ACCA with substantial post-qualification experience. Proven leadership & team management experience. Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102(1A) & FRS 105. Experience working in accountancy practice at a senior level. A commercially minded individual with excellent communication & client management skills. Proficiency with Xero, IRIS, HubSpot, and other accountancy software.
