Job Title: Zonal Manager, Supported Living Salary: £35,980.16 to £44,983.12 per annum inclusive of On Call premium Contract Type: Permanent, 37 hours per week Requirements Full UK Driving License required. NVQ Level 4/5 in Residential or Leaving Care Management or equivalent (or commitment to complete this qualification). About the Role Manage a Zonal Cluster of Supported Houses for Care Leavers, providing essential support to the Service Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining professional standards, covering out-of-hours on-call shifts, and ensuring adherence to Supported Accommodation Regulations. Manage staff annual leave, recruitment, and oversee financial management within the zone. Contribute to a supportive and structured environment by ensuring all policies and procedures are effectively implemented. Support the Service Manager by overseeing staff, coordinating rotas, and providing supervision as needed.
