Locum Oncology Pharmacist needed for an ongoing contract in Salisbury Location: Salisbury Pay: £35.00 per hour Contract Type: Full-Time 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Job Description: Trident Healthacre are seeking a dedicated and knowledge of the Aria prescribing system experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join our clients team in Salisbury. This full-time position involves working across both wards and the dispensary, providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that clinical screening keeps up with best clinical practice Ensure that there is adequate cover of clinical screening Manage and develop both the Senior Cancer Clinical Pharmacist and the Oncology Specialist Pharmacist To conduct and manage audit projects concerned with the provision of clinical pharmacy to the cancer services Managing and supervising the dispensary team. Collaborating with medical and nursing staff to optimize patient care. Participating in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings. Requirements: Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Previous experience in a clinical oncology setting setting, preferably within a hospital. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
