Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator As a Training Coordinator, you will support the Talent & Training Manager in carrying out tasks relating especially to the Recruiting and Training of our Talents. The role requires a combination of relational, organizational, and communication skills focused on achieving goals and spreading the company’s vision. It also involves the construction of projects aimed at enhancing the attractiveness, development, and retention of talents with the aim of creating an effective working group with high skills and professional qualities as well as aptitude. The Training Coordinator must be able to work and juggle with ease within a team, recognizing the dynamics that characterize it and knowing how to manage them. Main Activities & Responsibilities Identify role characteristics to draft job descriptions including skills, responsibilities, and necessary requirements; Publish job announcements on the main internal and external platforms; Active and passive search and selection of internal and external personnel; Screen resumes by comparing the role description with the expected profile; Independently conduct structured online or in-person interviews based on the expected profile; Plan and schedule interviews; Independently manage Internships; Maintain relationships with schools/universities. Furthermore, the resource will be a fundamental support throughout the Training and Recruiting Reporting process and in the management of all the internal Marriott systems. The Training Coordinator is also a fundamental support to the Talent & Training Manager in the creation and development of internal events and activities relating to the development and celebration of our employees; for this reason, we need to find a particularly creative talent as well. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
