Job Description

Born in the Fort Worth Stockyards in early 2008, the company’s team of 100 award-winning doctors provide a full range of general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and board-certified pediatric dental services in 40 Rodeo locations throughout the states of Texas, Arizona, and Colorado. Responsibilities: - Subject Matter Expert: Become the Rodeo SME where all aspects of PC Desktop support is concerned. - Alignment: Form relationships with office leaders and key departmental leaders to facilitate open communication and ensure IT is in tune with current issues and priorities. - Desktop Support Tickets: Prioritize and work the desktop support ticket queue to ensure that issues get resolved in a timely manner. Collaborate with the IT team to find creative ways to prevent common problems. - PC Provisioning: Prepare and configure new PCs for deployment, including hardware setup and software installation. - Desktop Imaging: Participate in the maintenance of our desktop images. Reimage desktops as required to deploy new desktop computers and solve problems for and extend the life of existing desktops. - Application Support: Provide end-user application support for Microsoft 360, Google Suite, and antivirus software. - Remote Access: Activate and remove employee and contractor remote access capabilities (e.g. VPN) according to employee onboarding and offboarding r requirements. - Dental Device Support: Configure exam and operatory desktop computers to utilize intraoral scanners and x-ray sensors. - Local Device Support: Configure and maintain local printers, scanners, and other devices. - Network Device Support: Support the setup and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and access points. - Network Support: Help troubleshoot network problems, including connectivity, WiFi, and Internet performance issues. - Simple Project Management: Coordinate small-scale IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. - Communication: Provide critical issue status updates to operations, doctors, departments, regions, and/or offices. Let the teams know when system maintenance is performed and changes are implemented.
