As a Change Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing a portfolio of transformational change initiatives across Foods Connected. This role is integral to driving strategic growth, embedding innovative practices, and ensuring that change is effectively implemented across the organisation. The Change Manager will join Foods Connected's evolving Strategic Operations team, and work alongside an internal Project Manager, focused on delivering impactful results. Collaborating closely with leaders and teams across all divisions, you will play a key role in shaping the evolution of our internal operations, reporting frameworks, and overall organisational processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Change Strategy and Planning: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of change initiatives to support strategic transformation Stakeholder Management including Stakeholder Analysis and Change Impact Analysis: Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Change Communication including communication planning and execution: Champion best practices in change management, promoting transparency and engagement at all levels. Training and Development including Training Needs Analysis, Gap Analysis, Training Plan and Delivery: Have a lead role in developing capability training, coaching and mentoring for the wider team/programme in Tools, Techniques and best practice. This will be in association with other Heads of and team leads across relevant departments. Change Execution and Monitoring: Determining KPIs by which to monitor how successful the change implementation is: Develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources to support scalable and sustainable change. Resistance Management: fostering open communication to surface concerns, providing tailored support to affected stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between leadership and employees. Sustainability of Change: Ensure that the changes are not only implemented but also sustained over the long term. Assess organisational readiness, identify challenges, and design change strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Supports innovation through trend analysis, identifying new opportunities, developing novel ideas and/or participation in idea generation activities to improve company processes and services. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the Change Manager should have experience with: QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelors degree in related field and 5 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or similar) is essential. EXPERIENCE: 5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex change initiatives. 3 years experience in management consulting or software company. Experience in managing a portfolio of change projects and working cross-functionally with various business units.
