About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in recruitment who is ready to take their career to the next level. You’ll play a critical role in connecting top-tier tech talent with our clients, providing exceptional service to both sides of the hiring equation. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing and Engagement: Use Haystack’s platform, tools, and external networks to identify and engage top-tier tech talent. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates for client roles. Client Relationship Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, providing tailored advice and solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients have a seamless and professional experience throughout the recruitment process. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and managing interviews. Provide insightful candidate feedback and manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding. Market Insights: Stay up to date on tech industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks. Share valuable insights with clients to inform their hiring strategies and decision-making. Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with internal teams to optimize processes and improve the overall customer and candidate experience. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Haystack’s platform by sharing user feedback and suggestions. About You: We’re seeking someone who is: Experienced: You have 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech recruitment. Relationship-Driven: You excel at building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Proactive and Goal-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting or exceeding your targets. A Strong Communicator: You’re skilled at managing stakeholder expectations and delivering feedback clearly and professionally. Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using recruitment tools, platforms, and systems to streamline your workflow.
