Assurance & Compliance Manager

Assurance & Compliance Manager Permanent, Full Time Weybridge, Surrey ISS are now recruiting for an experienced Assurance & Compliance Manager role to join a large, new Government contract on a permanent basis in Weybridge, Surrey. As the Assurance & Compliance Manager on the account, you will be required to provide assurance to the Senior Leadership Team that maintenance and other hard FM activities are being delivered in accordance with the business defined requirements which include and law and the PFI contract obligations. You will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organisation's policies and applicable laws, as provided including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. For this role, the emphasis is on providing a world class building services maintenance service. Key Requirements: Significant experience in delivering assurance and compliance actives across a Hard Services FM Vocational Education in engineering or equivalent Experience of working with, and developing Hard FM processes and procedures within an integrated management system compliant with the management systems standard ISO9001 Preferably Lead Auditor (IRCA certified), however this isn’t essential Strong knowledge of Work Order Control procedures and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems Minimum IOSH managing safety/NEBOSH Practical experience in Hard Services contract delivery and NEC 4 Contracts Leadership - People Management /Planning & Organising/Influence & Persuasiveness/Customer Focus Practical experience in Hard Services contract delivery This is an opportunity to join a new contract within ISS and make a difference – apply now for immediate consideration
