Senior Block Manager

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Location: Hertfordshire and Central London About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Block Manager to take ownership of a premium portfolio consisting of three sites across Hertfordshire and Central London. This role offers the perfect balance of operational management and strategic oversight, with a structured working pattern designed to support efficiency and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert management services across three high-profile sites, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained. Conduct regular property inspections, focusing on compliance, maintenance, and resident satisfaction. Manage service charge budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate major works, including Section 20 consultations, and oversee contractors and suppliers. Build and nurture strong relationships with residents, RMC directors, and Freeholders. Attend and lead AGMs and resident meetings, offering professional guidance. Stay up to date with the latest leasehold legislation and ensure portfolio compliance. Work Structure: 3 days remote working Candidate Requirements: Significant experience in block management, ideally with senior-level responsibilities. Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and best practices. Proven track record in service charge budgeting, Section 20 processes, and client management.
