Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with the product range, features, and benefits to assist customers effectively. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products. Collaborate with the external sales team and other departments to meet customer needs. Requirements Previous experience in sales Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
