We are currently looking for a Housing Officer to join a Housing Association based in South Wales on a temporary contract. This role is offering great flexbility and hybrid working. Job Title: Housing Officer Location: South Wales Contract Type: Temporary Salary: £25-£27 p/h Housing Office responsibilities: Be a visible presence on specialist housing schemes, maximising communication to achieve tenancy sustainability and positive tenancy management Enforce tenancy conditions in line with agreements, policies and standards, with an early intervention and prevention ethos Managing low levels of ASB Dealing with Neighbourhood Issues Dealing with Tenancy queries and complaints Housing Officer requirements: Previous experience as Housing Officer, ASB officer Be able to hit the ground running Available within 1 week If you are interest in this role please apply bellow.
