Broad Core Responsibilities: Become expert regarding all aspects of data including reporting, importing & exporting. Understand the data schema of client data to facilitate creation of robust SQL queries. Consult with stakeholders to understand their MI requirements. Author clear and concise MI requirements documents for sign-off. Deliver MI to requirement leveraging Microsoft T-SQL and Power BI. Assisting colleagues with PowerBI & SQL challenges. Mentoring colleagues to improve PowerBI & SQL skills. Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Power BI – advanced knowledge SQL – ideally advanced knowledge Understanding data structures and imparting this knowledge to others. Strong inter-personal skills, communicating confidently to varying levels of individuals internally and externally. Nice to have: Producing MI for senior leaders. Excel; manipulating large data sets / charting. Knowledge of system integration including webhooks, APIs and file transfer. Knowledge of integration with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle and ESR.
