Quantity Surveyor

Looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Maintenance Contractor based in Nottingham We’re looking for someone who has knowledge and understanding Planned works and Decent Homes Projects Responsibilities: Managing project budgets and costs for kitchen and bathroom upgrades, window and door replacements, roofing works, and external refurbishments Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure cost efficiency and financial control Reviewing contractor applications, payments, and cost reports to ensure accurate forecasting Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates and quality workmanship Ensuring compliance with NHF Schedule of Rates and other contractual obligations Working closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to maintain smooth project delivery Requirements: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within social housing and planned maintenance Strong knowledge of Decent Homes refurbishment works Experience working with NHF Schedule of Rates and contract frameworks Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently For more details please attach an updated cv, and we will be in touch
