The Role: They are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of residential projects in East Central Scotland. Sites are in East Lothian, Fife, Midlothian and West Lothian. You will be working with a passionate team to ensure that their homes are built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations on-site, from health and safety to customer care and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards. Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to the construction schedule. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and resolve any issues promptly. Work closely with the project team to review and monitor project progress, identifying potential delays and proactively resolving them. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and local authorities, to ensure effective communication and project success. Ensure the project is completed within budget and according to specifications. Support the delivery of exceptional customer care, addressing any concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner. What They're Looking For: Proven experience as a Site Manager with a track record of successfully delivering residential projects. Strong understanding of housebuilding processes, regulations, and NHBC standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams. A proactive problem solver who can think on their feet and resolve issues quickly. A strong commitment to health, safety, and quality. Experience with 5-star housebuilders or high-end residential construction is highly desirable. CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential. Why Join Them?
