Building positive relationships with his involved family is essential. What Will You Be Doing? Empowering Independence: Support him to live his life the way he chooses, promoting his choices and helping him achieve his personal goals. Daily Living Support: Assist with personal care, encourage healthy eating and cooking, medication, shopping, cleaning, keeping house tidy, and laundry. Encouraging Activities: Engage in his various interests, listening to music, ensuring he enjoys an active and fulfilling lifestyle. Shift Patterns Day Shifts: 8am - 3pm Day Shifts: 3pm - 10pm Long Day Shifts: 8am - 10pm Rotas are provided in advance to ensure a healthy work-life balance. Why Choose Dimensions?
