Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and timely delivery. Monitor clients for any changes in their condition and respond appropriately to epilepsy-related incidents. Assist clients with daily activities, including dressing, and meal preparation. Promote independence and support clients in achieving their personal goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided. What we need from you: Previous experience working as a Support Worker. Trained in medication administration. Understanding of epilepsy and have the ability to respond to seizures appropriately. Understanding of Autism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
