Senior Surveyor - RC Frame - Concrete Frames

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator: Duties and responsibilities will Include. • Experience 10years as a QS, with knowledge of Reinforced concrete Frames and Structures. • Liaise with Pre-con, and Construction teams to build-up and review Tenders. • Evaluate and act upon tender information and develop an appropriate bid/procurement strategy with other members of the team. • Obtaining quotes and Procurement of materials, suppliers & sub-contractors • Competent in estimating. • Prepare BQs and Take-offs • Prepare and deliver CVR’s to Senior Management. • Project Cost Control • Manage Project specific financials, from reviewing contracts to Final account stage. • Knowledge and experience working with NEC & JCT contracts • Deal with contractual and legal matters that arise on the projects. • Liaise with clients on a regular basis to secure future projects. • Competitive salary and benefits package (TBC depending on experience, upto £75k Basic)
