Job Description
Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Compliance Officer for a Housing Association based in South Yorkshire. This is a permanent position, paying £35,000 per annum, and offers excellent professional development opportunities. The role: Support the delivery of an effective Asset Compliance Service, including gas, electricity, fire, asbestos, water hygiene, EPC’s and lifting equipment to all properties Responsible for the management and delivery of compliance programmes including external contract management Maintain and update the organisations Asset register, component, and stock condition data to support the Asset Management Business Plan, cyclical and Compliance works Lead the procurement, delivery and management of the organisation’s compliance contracts Support the Asset Team in the delivery of investment works Lead regular contractor performance meetings to monitor performance and develop improvement plans where needed What you need: Experience managing Compliance within social housing, working as part of a Compliance or Asset Management Team Relevant Compliance qualifications or equivalent experience in any of the big six areas of Compliance Willingness to develop and gain Compliance qualifications Experience in the procurement and management of contracts
