Job Role: Multi-Trader – Maintenance Area: London Salary: £40k - £45k My client is looking for a Multi-Trader to join the team based in London. This will be maintenance on a commercial and residential block. You will be covering London and surrounding areas. Duties: Ensure PPM works are carried out to a high standard. General Maintenance. Repair and servicing. Continuous monitoring and maintenance of mechanical and Electrical systems, fittings, and plantrooms.
