As a Branch Manager , you’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring excellent client and candidate experiences . Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruitment consultants to drive performance Develop strong relationships with schools, education professionals, and key stakeholders Drive business development , identifying new opportunities and securing long-term partnerships Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Leverage marketing, technology, and personal branding to enhance recruitment success What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment , ideally within education or a similar sector A track record of business development and client management Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team A commercial mindset with a passion for growth and results Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills A people-first approach , aligned with a company culture that values impact and innovation What’s in It for You?
