Sutton Council - Building Contract Manager

What we're looking for: A relevant qualification and/or significant management experience in delivering capital investment projects Ideally experience of working in partnership or for Social Housing Provider, with experience of managing works Experience of managing JCT / NEC works contracts. Demonstrable experience in developing capital works' specifications to be used in the procurement of works. Good understanding and experience of leasehold charging consultation, (Section 20) requirements for qualifying works. Experience of managing building consultants engaged to work on capital investment projects. Experience of monitoring budgets and managing contractors Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and car are required for mobile working.
