Interim Finance Director Location: Hybrid - Manchester (2/3 days in office) Contract: Initial 3-Month Assignment Rate: £700 - £1,000 per day (IR35 status pending) We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Interim Finance Director for a dynamic professional services organisation based in Manchester. This role requires a highly skilled Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong background in professional services experience in the legal sector would be a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function, ensuring robust financial management and control. Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to key stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide strategic and operational financial leadership. Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance requirements. Ideal Candidate: A Qualified Accountant with significant post-qualification experience. Previous experience in Private Equity-backed organisations is highly desirable. Proven track record of success in professional services; legal sector experience is advantageous. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
