Job Title: Hospital Maintenance Location: Magna House, Main Road, Anwick, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 9SJ Rate Of Pay: £14 Per Hour (£27,040 Per Year) Overtime Shift Patterns: 40hrs a Week Information about the Role: Working as a Hospital Maintenance for Magna House, your duties will include the following: Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary. Taking apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts. Checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues as necessary. Using common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches. Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices. Necessary Experience or Qualifications: Someone who has a real passion for maintenance and high-quality work. Proven maintenance experience. Must be a Driver with a Current and Valid Driving License. Ability to work on shift/rota pattern. Have the right to the work in the UK. Good working knowledge of industry legislation and safe practices. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
